A basic break down is as:
£1000 on Reservation
£4000 on Acceptance
Approx 18 month rent guarantee of 8% per annum 12% in total so on 95000  over 18 months =  11,400 Euros

Mortgage interest only at approx 3% is 240 per month x 18 = 4320 so estimated profit is 7080 Euros which is over 18 months approx 393cash flow positive per unit

After 18 months investor takes 33.3% of rental pool, current estimates for 8 month winter season is 1000 euros per week, with demand outstripping supply.

Personal use of room/ lodge, during rent guarantee period as per 1^st email 1 week summer season, 2 weeks winter season, thereafter up to client and what he agrees with on site management company
