Hi all

Some of the feedback we have received suggests that some people have had issues when trying to sign up to create an account. So here are a couple of guidelines to help out....

When creating your account with Spotlight please enter a valid user name without and spaces in it,
use underscore_ , dot . or dash -

Choose a password that is memorable and about 6-10 characters in length

If you get a message that authentification has failed please re-check the user name and re-enter the information

If you are already registered with blogware - try inputting the same information used when you first created an account

If you get a page of script that says error invalid user - dont worry its just being temperamental, please email

mike@mypropertypowerteam.co.uk and let him know. Your account can then be manually created by the admin team
